Great experience recently. ER staff were attentive and friendly. The care I received was professional and appropriate. Doctor Schulte took the time to fully explain things.
I wish I could give a "0". I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General on the Hospitals unfair charges. This bill was after insurance amount. I will never stop at this hospital again. For everyone's information the CFO determines the pricing of trama room and doctor in ER. I was charged almost $1,000 more than another hospital visit elsewhere in MN (by the way Meeker County Hospital wonderful!) and the amount done for my daughter was nothing. They said she had a broken nose (daaah...) and would need to see an ENT. They didn't even touch her, but they did give her a blanket. No new ice, an expensive tylenol, and no kleenex! I would recommend Brainerd any day! Most of these reviews are not positive!
Took advantage of my elderly dying mother. Kept promising things they couldn't provide. Janna the case manager made threatening phone calls. Lied about her calling us when she didn't. Telling my mother we dont care cause we aren't returning phone calls.
One of the best hospitals that I've ever been to. They are so very nice to the patients and there families. They treat you with respect, they are so attentive to every detail. I would recommend if you need a good family physician, if you need to have major or minor surgery I highly recommend Cuyuna Regional Medical Center.
Stuff got stolen out of her room. Took advantage of my Dad said he could stay for free. It was a horrible...horrible experiance!!! Worst place ever!!!!!
I was brought there after noticing a scar on my shoulder that I didn't know where it came from. Without an x-ray the diagnosed me with thought disorder and released me. Without explaining the diagnosis then kept my status as committed even though they sentry me home.
