I had a terrible experience when I was here a few days ago. I love the store and normally wouldn't be doing this but I'm still annoyed with the situation.
I gathered my things and walked up to the counter to pay for my things, I waited my turn. Then when BETTY was finished with the transaction before me, she looked at me, then walked away picked up her phone responded to a text message, then came to start my transaction. In the middle of my transaction her phone gos off once again and she stopped walked over to her phone reads the message, laughs, responds, then comes back to finish ringing me out. I was in a hurry but she treated me like I was the scum of the earth and could care less if I was there. Like how dare I interrupt her conversation. And I've had many other issues with her every other time I go to the store. She is a terrible employee.
