Northwoods failed to make the payments to the delta vacations after we paid for a family trip to Hawaii to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. As a result, trip surprisingly canceled just days before departure, had to pay over $4,000 in cancellation fees, and scrambled to rebook everything at a higher rate. Has failed to respond in any way. Could not be more disappointed in their service.
